Client

Client understands that WeDoMeToo, L.L.C., d.b.a.We-DoWeddings is not a party to negotiations, warranties or contractual agreements between Client and venues .

Client agrees NOT to share their username or password for access to the We-DoWeddings.com website with any other party other than the primary enrollee for the site.

Client understands that We-DoWeddings is not responsible for any loss or damages as a result of failure to maintain the confidentiality of client’s username and password.

Client understands that We-DoWeddings and its owners cannot be responsible for for any inaccuracies in the data presented on the website as provided by the subscribing venues, as We-DoWeddings and its owners do not control or possess the information until it is input or removed by these third party venues.

Client understands that there may be a delay of up to seven (7) days before the third party venues update the information on the We-DoWeddings.com website and that client should always confirm availability with the venue directly before making any travel arrangements to visit the venue.

Client understands that the We-DoWeddings is not responsible for the content and/or the information of any other website that may be linked to the We-DoWeddings.com website. Clients will be notified when leaving the We-DoWeddings.com website.

Client understands that some of their information may be shared with a third party contractor working on behalf of We-DoWeddings in order to address software deficiencies and to undertake software upgrades. Such information will be maintained in a confidential fashion by the third party.

Client understands that We-DoWeddings will provide annual reports to venues regarding email inquiries and venue website inquiries. Such data will be numerical in nature and will not contain any personal data from Clients.

We-DoWeddings

We-DoWeddings agrees to make reasonable efforts to protect the integrity of the client’s personal data entered into the website.

We-DoWeddings agrees NOT to sell the personal information of clients to any outside vendor.

We-DoWeddings agrees to remove client information from the website two years after initial enrollment of the client.
